As most of you know, Elsa, Anna and the whole gang rolled in to town last week for a week of shows at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Our family was able to attend the show on Sunday evening, and boy did we have a great time!
From the time the show started, our kids were having a wonderful time. Our 4 year old son was so excited about all of the characters in the opening (Mickey & Minnie, Lion King, Toy Story, and more!) that he wouldn’t sit down. He just kept looking all around pointing out individual favorites and saying MOMMY! LOOK! IT’S GOOFY and on and on. He’s been attending these shows since he was 1 month old so it’s always great to see him get so in to it each and every time. Our daughter was 2 at her first show and she still enjoys them all as well. We have lots of fun family memories from our visits to Disney on Ice shows.
Frozen has taken over since it was released. Most people know what you’re talking about if you mention the name or some of the characters. With all the love for the movie, I was very hopeful that this would be one of our favorite Disney on Ice shows. Let me tell ya, it definitely was! Feld Entertainment did a wonderful job putting this show together and it was great to see the story come to life and unfold right in front of us.
The scenes, props, and costumes were beautiful. I loved the Olaf in Summer and the snowy scenes the best.
Of course the main characters looked great as well. (It was so cool to see Sven and Olaf skating around too!)
Early on in the show, when it came time for the trolls to be involved, I admit, I was disappointed. There was a large troll over in the corner who narrated the scene where Anna had to be saved by the trolls as a child. So I was pleasantly surprised when they all came out later in the night when Kristoff took Anna to meet his family, the love experts.
The whole show was a wonderful. Here are some of our other snapshots of the evening.
Disney On Ice Frozen show is definitely worth the time and money for some fun times with your little ones. They are still going to be in town through Sunday, January 18th, 2015.
Ticket prices range from $25 to $75 a piece. Childrens ages 2 and under get in free and can sit on a parent’s lap.

Oh, I should have clarified! The other characters just come out for the opening and closing of the show. So you will see all of them, but it’s just for a few minutes before and after the show. 🙂
I’m glad you liked the review. I usually don’t share so many pictures, but, it’s Frozen.. I had to, despite some not being too clear. 🙂 You’re definitely going to enjoy the show on Saturday!
