School’s out for summer and anything is possible as Phineas and Ferb create their biggest invention yet —  Disney’s Phineas and Ferb: The Best LIVE Tour Ever!  Phineas, Ferb, and the whole tri-state area gang embark on a bold escape jumping out from behind your TV and onto the stage in a live action adventure – right in your hometown!  And, before you can wonder, “Hey, where’s Perry?” the beloved pet platypus shifts to his secret double life as Agent P to foil another one of Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s evil plans.  Musical madness abounds in an escapade so awesome that even Candace can’t help but join the hilarious hijinks.  It’s the ultimate end to summer vacation, so seize the day ‘cause Phineas and Ferb are gonna do it all!

The TV Show:

Phineas and Ferb follows the action-packed adventures of two young suburban stepbrothers who are highly creative and imaginative and build elaborate projects with their friends each day of their 104 day summer vacation. These outrageous adventures lead to hilarious antics among the group, particularly with their jealous older sister who is obsessed with trying to “bust” their schemes and get them into trouble with their mom.  The boys’ pet platypus, Perry, doubles as a secret agent in the show.  Agent P, as he’s known, battles with the evil villain Dr. Doofenshmirtz.  His silent yet stealthy ways have won him top billing as favorite character with viewers.

I have only watched the show twice and don’t know much about the show other than what I’ve seen and heard from my sister, since her family loves the show. Here’s a little info about the characters in case you don’t know them.

Phineas - Thinks up new ways to make every summer day more fun. His projects get him into trouble with his big sister Candace.

Ferb - The quiet, British stepbrother, and brains behind the operation. He builds the stuff that makes Summer fun and last longer. He uses choice phrases like, “if he feels like it.”

Candace - The jealous older sister, she thinks it’s her job to keep mom informed of her brothers’ antics.

Pet platypus, Perry, leads a double life as a secret crime fighting agent, Agent P. He looks simple and innocent as part of his cover as he fights against Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He does not speak but is the most popular character in the show.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz - He is a forgetful, incompetent, mad scientist who wreaks havoc on the Tri-state area with his evil tricks. His mayhem continues to keep Agent P on his toes.

Isabella - Neighbor to Phineas and Ferb and leader of the Fireside girls with catch phrase, “What ya doing?” Isabella gets pulled into the boys’ adventures. Isabella has a bit of a crush on Phineas.

Baljeet - Brilliant friend to Phineas and Ferb. He helps the boys to make their big ideas a reality in his shy and polite way.

Bufort - Bully of the neighborhood. Phineas thinks he bullies because he is bored so Phineas distracts him by giving him fun things to do.

Jeremy - Is the object of Candace’s affection. He thinks Phineas and Ferb are cool and thinks Candace’s odd way with them is part of her charm.

I am looking forward to taking my family to this live show! It’s going to be a lot different for us since we’ve been going to shows like Dora, Yo Gabba Gabba, Toy Story 3 On Ice, and Mickey & Minnie’s Magical Journey On Ice.
