• Diapers.com
• Femtex
• Fred’s
• Kidgets
• Member’s Mark
• Simply Right
• Sunny Smiles
• Tender Touch
• Well Beginnings

The stores affected include: Diapers.com, Family Dollar, Fred’s, Sam’s Club, and Walgreens.

Only those distributed before October 21, 2014 are affected.
