I went younger. Three years younger. He had nice hair. 😀 But that was about it.
I had been messaging a guy on an app for a few days when one day we realized we both had a little time free that afternoon. So we met for coffee.
He was not the type I’d usually go for. I don’t even remember why I ended up chatting with him.
He showed up on his bike. Like, a bicycle, not a motorcycle. He was also fifteen minutes late. I was halfway through my frozen coffee and about to leave. He got himself a drink and we went to a bench outside to chat.
I have never been SO dreadfully bored in my entire life.
He went on for at least fifteen minutes about doing tricks on his bike. Explaining his scars. Telling me about bar fights, that he was *not* responsible for. He also didn’t have a job. Hadn’t had a job in a while. And no real plans for anything.
I couldn’t take it. I couldn’t even get one word in. I became the person I never wanted to be, and half-faked a reason to get out of there (my littlest DID have a cough…).
I don’t know what I was thinking. But I definitely get a laugh out of it from time to time. I hope you did as well!

Oh. No, this happened a while back. haha
But, he probably is riding around on it even now. 😀

I’m surprised he could afford a bike. Wonder how he could afford a bike? lol

No idea. Maybe he ‘won’ it in a bar fight… ha
